This is the company directory. It is where you can view all of your employees and see their availability and what kind of call they are on. You can even manually add external contacts for one-click dialing.
This is the area that displays preferences, calls, voicemails, conference rooms, queues, and call metrics. You can also start video conferences, chat, share files, and access your Box account from this window.
These seven buttons allow you to toggle between all of the Heads Up Display features such as video conferencing and call metrics.
This is the dock. It's where you can place your most important contacts and queues for quick access.
