Host Name |
Set the
host name. The host name is used for SX Virtual Link, WINS, etc. Be sure to use a unique name that is not used by other devices. |

DHCP/BOOTP |
Enable/Disable
the DHCP/BOOTP protocols. To assign an IP address using DHCP/BOOTP, the DHCP or BOOTP server must be running in your subnetwork. For DHCP and BOOTP, the server that replies faster will be used. |

Set the IP address. The value must be 4 numbers separated by dots and expressed in the format [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]. |

Subnet Mask |
Set the subnet mask. The value must be 4 numbers separated by dots and expressed in the format [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]. When set to "0.0.0.0", a subnet mask appropriate for the IP address is automatically used. |

Default Gateway |
Set the gateway address. The value must be 4 numbers separated by dots and expressed in the format [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]. Also, the gateway needs to be running in the same subnetwork as DS-510. If "0.0.0.0" is set, this setting is disabled. |

Network PnP | Enable/Disable the Network PnP feature. | ENABLE |

mDNS Service Name |
Set the mDNS
service name for DS-510. This name is displayed when DS-510 is searched using Apple's Bonjour. Be sure to use a unique name that is not used by other devices. |

LAN Interface |
Configure the
physical network type. Usually, "AUTO" is used. If a LED on the Hub does not light on when DS-510 is powered on, change the network type to that of the HUB. |
