How to use the PDF e-invoice service:
- Register here to the service with an email address: Activation to PDF as e-invoice. It is required to register to be able to send PDF e-Invoices to UPM
- Receive confirmation email
- Open email and confirm email address
- Complete the registration
- Go to your email- or invoicing system and attach a PDF-format invoice to your email.
Remember:
- The PDF needs to be machine readable
- You can only send e-invoices from the email address(es) that you have registered in the portal.
- Send your e-invoices to UPM’s e-invoice addresses for emails found in the Support Material User guide for PDF as e-invoice (Pay attention! The user guide has un updated link).
