* Updated these third-party libraries used by Kanzi Engine:
  - Boost to version 1.64.0
  - Freetype to version 2.9.1
  - Harfbuzz to version 1.7.6
  - ICU:
    - To version 58.2 on platforms with only C++98 support (qnx650, qnx660, integrity)
    - To version 62.1 on other platforms
  - LibJPEG to version 9a
  - LibPNG to version 1.6.35
  - libunibreak to version 4.0
  - V8 to version 3.28.35
  - zlib to version 1.2.11

* Removed the V8 library from the platform packages. The JavaScript scripting functionality is available only on Windows. If you want to use JavaScript scripting functionality on your target platform, contact Rightware sales at sales@rightware.com.

Fixes
----
These issues are fixed in this Kanzi release:

* Kanzi Studio no longer terminates when the Generic directory is contains files, Kanzi Studio

* The kzc_spline API is now exported, which enables you to use its functionality in a plugin, Kanzi Engine

* Kanzi Studio no longer stops responding when you import PSD images with certain small dimensions, Kanzi Studio
