You may withdraw your submission at any time before the closing date/time.
First select the submission you would like to withdraw and click Next
When you click the Withdraw button at the top or bottom of the summary sheet and confirm OK, your entire submission will be saved as a draft in the Submission Form section of the Submission Manager. You can open the draft, edit the information and re-submit. There is no fee for withdrawing a submission, and you may withdraw and re-submit as many times prior to close as necessary.
