Update my Profile

Your Profile is a very important part of using on demand. If made Public, this will allow other users of the system to search for and view your company and user information to send you project invitations and other relevant communications. Keeping the information in your Profile up-to-date will ensure you never miss a project opportunity.

In the Update my Profile window, you will be shown the following sections of information. Click on any of the section headers to expand them and view or edit the content.

User Contact Information

User Contact Information
  • This section will allow you to modify the contact information that displays in your User Account. This information will default to be the same as your Company Profile information, and you can modify the entries. For example, you may wish to add a direct line or mobile number to your profile.

  • The Visible check mark will determine whether or not your account information can be found in the public on demand Directory. If you do not want other on demand users to be able to find your profile and send you emails, uncheck this box.

  • The Administrator check mark designates your account as a Company Administrator. If it is unchecked, only an administrator can check it. You will not be able to check this box yourself. If you are an Administrator, you will be able to add, remove and edit your colleagues profiles in the Company Contacts section, including their Visible and Administrator Status. You will also receive an email from the system when a new user registers for an on demand account and requests to be part of your company. You will be able to accept or reject the new user.
  • Login Information

    Login Information
  • This is where you will go if you would like to change your Email Address.
  • Note: you use your email address when logging in, so changing your address will also change your login name.

     

  • If you would like to change your Password, the old and new password fields are available here. Put in the content and click Save to the right.
  • Subscription Status

    Subscription Status
  • The Subscription Status box will display whether or not you have an active Subscription. If you do it will display the expiration date. You will also find your Auto-Renew status here. If you would like to have on demand automatically charge your credit card for a subscription upon expiration, you can turn this feature on, either monthly or yearly.
  • Company Contact Information

    Company Contact Information
  • If you are a company Administrator, you will be able to edit the Company Information found here. If you are not an Administrator, you will be able to view the information, but you will not be able to make any modifications.

  • The Public Profile box will allow you to determine whether or not your Company Profile will display in the public on demand Directory. Companies displaying in the directory are available to all other on demand users to search for and send project related communications.

  • If your company profile is public, you will also have the option to decide which users are public in the Company Contacts section below.
  • Company Contacts

    Company Contacts
  • The Company Contacts section will allow you to see all of the people in your company who have on demand accounts.

  • If you are an administrator, you will be able to use the Pencil button next to their name to edit their information including their Visibility and Admin status. The red X icon next to the persons name will allow you to delete that users account.

  • If you are not an Administrator, this list is available for you to view, but not modify.
  • Scope of Work

    Scope of Work
  • The last section on the Profile page displays the Scope of Work that your company provides. The Scope options start with Construction, Goods and Services. Select one of these options and all of the sub-categories will display below. You must select at least one, but can select as many as you wish.

  • If you are a Company Administrator you will be able to modify your company's Scope. Make your changes using the check boxes to the left of each category and sub-category and click Save to the right when your changes are complete.

  • Users who are not Administrators will be able to look at this information, but not make any changes.
