The Mail Center provides tools to send both email and fax messages. You can choose from a number of standard and custom message templates, or create your own message. Generate a recipients list by choosing entries from the i.s. on demand Company Directory or your Address Book, importing a list, or entering data for a single use recipient. Automated reports track responses from those who confirm they intend to bid and summary lists are provided to simplify the follow up process.

Bid Submission
The integrated online bid submission software is secure technology that streamlines the bidding process while reducing the risk of errors and non compliant bids. Automatically tabulated results are available immediately eliminating the risk of transposition errors. There are 3 customizable form options available: Supply, Trade Contractor to Prime Contractor and Prime Contractor to Owner.
Submittal Management
The Submittal Manager organizes and streamlines the management, review and tracking of construction project submittals. Everyone can easily access documents to complete their review and know where others are in the process. Annotation and review stamp tools available in the SourceViewer keep the entire process tracked and online.
Obtain project documents
You will have 3 options for obtaining documents with an i.s. on demand subscription. Tools are available for you to print documents on a local printer, order copies from your preferred reprographer or download them to your computer.
Search project documents
Entering a keyword into the Project Document Search will list all PDF project documents with the word(s) you searched for. When you are working on a document within the i.s. SourceViewer, the search will highlight the word(s) for easier navigation.
On screen take-off
The SourceViewer comes with take-off tools for single and multi-line measuring, area and perimeter calculations and a counting option. Choose from standard document scales, or set your own custom scale to ensure your measurements are accurate. Print, download or order the project documents with your take-off marking on them, or export all of your take-off data into a spreadsheet.
Annotations and Review Stamps
Add lines, arrows, text and clouds to project documents using the SourceViewer annotation tools. Share your markups with other document reviewers, and complete a submittal review with a digital stamp.
Submit online prequalifications and bids
When project administrators request online prequalification or bid submissions, your i.s. on demand subscription will provide you all the tools and instructions needed to complete your submission. Create and save draft bids, request an electronic bid bond or participate in a public bid opening all online.
