A copy of each bid submitted through the PlanSource online bidding system passes through 3rd party verification and is stored as a backup. In the event of a dispute, an administrator can access the information through the View Bid Backup tool.
On the Bid Module page, click on the View Bid Backup icon. In the new window, select the bid you would like to view and click next. The bid backup will open in PDF form.
