You must provide your contact information with your bid submission and acknowledge that you are an authorized signatory of the bidder. You must be authorized to submit the bid in order proceed with the bid submission. If you are not an authorized signatory, you may transfer your bid to a colleague who is authorized (See Transfer Bid section).
