Sending out fax communication is simple using the SCAN 247 Mail Center. When you are selecting your message recipients, there may be a few that do not have an email address listed, and have a fax number instead. As long as you have enough fax credits in your account, you will be able to simply hit Send and have both email and fax messages sent out simultaneously.
Fax credits can be purchased through the Mail Center or using the tool in the My Account menu.
If you would like to send out fax messages through the Mail Center, you will need to pre-purchase enough credits to cover the messages. Fax credits cost $0.10/page. When buying credits you have the option of sharing them with the other SCAN 247 users within your company or you can keep them for yourself.
