What to Bring on Your First Day?

Have your student ready for the pool and an exciting first day!

  • Swim Suit
  • Towel
  • Goggles (optional)

Parent-child levels with the student ages 6 months - 2 years require a parent or guardian to join in the class. If you registered for one of those classes you should be ready to hop in as well!

We recommend arriving a little early on your first visit to sign your waiver and get a good feel for the facility. We'll see you soon!

Swimtastic Policies

Non-Potty-Trained Children
Children under the age of 3 (or children who are not potty-trained) are required to wear swim diapers with elastic waist and legs underneath their swimsuits. If needed, these are available for purchase when you arrive at Swimtastic.

Missed Classes
In the event of a missed class due to an illness (with a doctor's excuse) or pool closure we provide a credit to your Swimtastic account, makeup classes however are not offered. If a class is missed for any other reason we provide a free family swim pass.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are fully refundable within 48 hours of enrollment. Simply give us a call, we're more than happy to help you out. (888) 549-SWIM (7946).

The greatest compliment we can receive is when our clients refer us to their friends and family. If you are a client or have referred someone to us in the past, we thank you.
