To move foldes and files, highlight the one(s) you wish to move and use the green up and down arrows at the top left of the toolbar. If you want to move a 'block' of files at once, click on the bottom file, hold the shift key on your keyboard, and click the top file. They will all highlight.
You can also drag and drop documents from one folder to another by first selecting the document(s) and then clicking and dragging them into the new folder.
To arrange folders and/or documents in alphabetical/numerical order, place a check mark in the box next to them and click on the 'A-Z Sort' button in the toolbar.
Click 'Upload' to save your changes.
