We recommend that you test your documents once you have finished uploading them.
Open the Documents page of your opportunity and click on a document name to launch the viewer. Take a look at a few of your documents, try zooming, measuring, etc, to make sure that they work well and that their reaction time to your commands is acceptable.
If your PDF documents are taking a very long time to open or don't open at all, try optimizing them for web viewing or post TIF documents instead. You can call Tech Support at 1-800-517-5702 for further assistance and trouble shooting.
