If the person you would like to send the message to is not in your Address Book or the Directory, you have the option to enter their email address or fax number using the One-Time Use feature. This will allow you to send them this email, but their info does not neet to be saved in your project contacts or address book. If that person logs in and access your opportunity, they will then create their own profile and it will be accessible in your Project Contacts.
When you click the One-Time Use button in Step 2 of sending a message, it will open the following dialog box.
Enter in the information you have about the recipient. You will need either a Company Name or Contact Name and either an Email Address or Fax Number. It is not necessary to complete all of the remaining fields.
If you would like to add this recipient to your address book for future use, click the Add to Address Book box at the bottom of the form.
Click Add when the form is complete. You will see a message 'Contact Added' and the form will once again be blank. You may enter in another recipient, or click Close to return to your recipient list.
Once your recipients are added, you will see them in the table at the bottom of the Step 2 - Contacts page. Here you may use the to remove contacts and you may use any of the following features to add more contacts to your list:
