Most submissions will require an Authorized Signature. As the person filling out the submission form, you may not necessarily be the right person to sign it. On this page, you have two options - Confirm you will be signing the submission, or send a request to someone else to sign it.

Whoever signs the submission in the end must have a Verified Digital Signature in the Submission Manager. If you are signing the submission, you will be prompted to complete the Signature Verification process before leaving this page. If you sent the signature request to someone else, they will be taken through the process when they click the link in the request email.
