Separate prices defined by the Owner will appear with a yellow background. These are mandatory and you must decide whether the price you are offering will be “Added to the base bid” or “Deducted from the base bid”. If there is “No Change” to the base bid, the amount field must remain blank. If available, use the “Add Price” button to define your own separate prices.
