The Bond Request

The Bid Bond process starts when you receive an email request from the company needing a bond. As in the picture below, the email you receive will be an auto-generated message with a link to start the bond process and a link to this help page.

To begin, click on the link as indicated in the email. You will be brought to the login page for the Online Bidding System that the bond was requested from.

NOTE: There are many different login pages for Online Bidding, you will need an account for each. Even if you have accessed one of them in the past, you may need to sign up for another account if you are in a new system. If you are unsure if you have an account already, you can click on Forgot My Password and see if the system can find your account by typing in your email address.

 

If you have an account, enter your information into the Login/Email and Password fields. If you do not have an account, click on the Sign up Here or Obtain a Login button on the login page.
